Proposal to Host a Parish Community Event

This is where a ministry leader can propose a new community (fellowship-focused) event promoted to the whole parish community. It is not necessary to propose an event that is promoted only to your ministry participants or when promoting others to join your existing ministry.

Community event vs. Fundraiser: How is a community event with a fee different than a fundraiser?
Community events have the primary goal to nurture the community, and the fee is designed to cover the cost of the event (with a little buffer room). Fundraisers have the primary purpose to raise significant funds. If you are wanting to propose a fundraiser, use a different form.
